30-day money-back guarantee. If Call Flow Studio isn’t the right fit, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll return your money in full — no questions about the why.
1. What’s covered
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- Initial license purchases (single licenses and volume packs).
- Maintenance Renewals.
The 30-day window starts on the date of the relevant transaction. For volume packs, the window starts on the date the pack was purchased; we do not pro-rate refunds for individual licenses inside a pack that have been activated separately.
2. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of two ways:
- Through Paddle: use the order email Paddle sent you at checkout. The email contains a link to manage your order, where you can request a refund directly.
- Email us: write to hello@callflowstudio.io from the address you used at checkout. Include your Paddle order number (it starts with the prefix Paddle assigns) or the email address used for the purchase. We’ll forward the request to Paddle and keep you informed.
Either method is fine. We won’t make you justify the request, and we won’t try to talk you out of it.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. The funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. Some banks take longer; if it’s been more than two weeks and you don’t see the refund, contact us and we’ll help track it.
4. After a refund
When a refund is issued:
- The associated license keys are revoked.
- You agree to uninstall Call Flow Studio from any PBX where it was activated under the refunded license.
- You may rejoin the waitlist or repurchase at any time in the future. A refund does not blacklist you from buying again.
5. After 30 days
After the 30-day window closes, refunds are not guaranteed. We’ll consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis — for example, a previously undisclosed defect that materially prevents the Software from running on a supported platform. Email hello@callflowstudio.io with the details if you believe your situation qualifies.
Maintenance Renewals that have lapsed (i.e. you have already received updates during a renewal period) are not refundable past the 30-day window.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — the 30-day money-back guarantee is the fastest and least painful path for both of us. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first attempting a refund through Paddle or via us may delay resolution and can result in license revocation while the chargeback is investigated.
7. Tax
Where Paddle has collected sales tax, VAT, GST, or equivalent indirect tax on your purchase, the refunded tax is included in the refund Paddle issues. We don’t separately retain any tax amount on a refunded transaction.
